our policy

1. Booking and payments

• All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
• We operate a 6-bed studio, so spaces are limited and fill quickly.

Class packs and memberships (if applicable) are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation policy

We understand that life happens. However, as a small studio, late cancellations directly impact our business and other clients.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class start time.
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in the session being deducted from your class pack or charged in full.
• No-shows will be charged in full.

If you are unwell, please do not attend. Contact us as soon as possible and we will always try to handle situations fairly and compassionately.

3. Wailist policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
If a space becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and charged accordingly.

Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend, as the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies once you are added.

4. Arriving at the studio

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your class.
• The studio door will be locked at the class start time for safety and flow.
• Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the session.

Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. These may be available for purchase in the studio.

5. Health and safety

Your safety is our priority.

By attending class, you confirm:
• You are fit and well to participate in physical exercise.
• You will inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or concerns before class.

Soft in Love instructors are fully qualified, but you participate at your own risk. Please listen to your body and rest when needed.

6. Pregnancy policy

If you are pregnant:
• Please inform us prior to attending as not all instructors have the specialised training and you could be sent away.
• You must have completed your first trimester unless cleared by your healthcare provider.
• Private sessions may be recommended depending on experience level.

7. Studio etiquette

Soft in Love is a safe, accepting space.

We kindly ask:
• No phones during class.
• Respect for all bodies, abilities and identities.
• A supportive, non-judgmental attitude.

We have zero tolerance for discrimination or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables with you or stored safely.
Soft in Love is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Photography & social media

From time to time, we may capture content for social media.
You will always be asked for consent before being featured.

We love when you tag us — please do! @softinloveclub

However, do note no personal filming of classes is allowed unless given permission is granted by the studio owner. soft in love is all about feeling safe and comfortable therefore please respect those around you and leave all filming to before or after classes.

10. refunds

All sales are final.
Class packs and memberships are non-refundable and cannot be extended unless in exceptional circumstances.

11. changes to the schedule

We reserve the right to:
• Change instructors when necessary.
• Adjust the schedule.
• Cancel classes due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel a class, you will receive a credit or refund.

12. liability waiver

By booking and attending classes at Soft in Love, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk. You agree that Soft in Love and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
