Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions By booking a class, membership, or package at soft in love, you agree to the following:     •    All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.     •    Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to retain the credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.     •    Class packs and intro offers have set expiry dates and cannot be extended.     •    Memberships have a minimum commitment period as stated at purchase.     •    soft in love reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where necessary. In this case, your credit will be returned.     •    Please arrive on time. Late entry may is not possible once class has begun, for everyone’s comfort and safety.     •    By attending, you confirm that you are fit to take part in Pilates and understand that movement is undertaken at your own discretion. We move gently here — thank you for respecting the space, the teacher, and each other.
